How to Keep Your Jewelry Looking Its Best

  1. A little water is fine, but avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming, showering, or for long soaks. Moisture can speed up tarnishing, especially for plated items.
  2. Perfumes, lotions, hair products, and cleaning agents can wear down plating and dull your jewelry. Apply these first, and let them dry before putting your jewelry on.
